Hi, my name is Hugh Conrad. I am currently playing for the Yale University and have been playing lacrosse for over 15 years. As a coach I am able to work on everything from technique to mindset.

Favorite thing about Coaching

Watching players progress over time and achieve their goals is the most satisfying part of my job. I have been in those shoes and love that I am able to give back with my experience and knowledge.
